DIRECTIONS FOR ONE COBBLER:
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°F
- PREPARE FRUIT. COMBINE 3 CUPS OF FRESH FRUIT (OR THAWED FROZEN FRUIT) WITH 1/4 CUP SUGAR (MORE OR LESS TO TASTE). SPREAD FRUIT EVENLY INTO A GREASED 9" PIE DISH
- MAKE COBBLER DOUGH. COMBINE 1 CUP COBBLER MIX, 1/3 CUP MILK AND 3 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL. MIX GENTLY UNTIL SMOOTH
- FLATTEN SECTIONS OF DOUGH WITH YOUR HANDS TO SMALL PATTIES OF ABOUT 1/2" THICK AND ARRANGE THEM ON TOP OF THE FRUIT
- BAKE FOR 24-30 MINUTES
- SERVE WARM (WITH ICE CREAM, IF DESIRED)
